About Me
I’m Donald Moore, a Brooklyn, New York native who’s spent a decade honing my skills across a range of fields. I spent over seven years in the technical support field, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as creating documentation for end users and fellow technicians (an example of which I’ve included here). For three years I was a reporter with Bloomberg News, perfecting my skills as a researcher, interviewer, writer and editor. I have over 100 unique published pieces to my name, from in depth feature articles to short breaking news blurbs. I’ve combined these skills into a new passion of mine: UX writing, where I get to take dense technical matters and simplify it for both laypeople and subject matter experts. Below you’ll find some of my work, as well as more information about me. Hopefully you stick around for a while.
